The Manor Gîte
Introduction
Beautiful 15th century manor house near the Brittany coast: Manoir Le Cosquer.
The entire manor is rented as one gîte and welcomes groups up to twenty people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and living space. The outdoor area is also well equipped.
Pommerit-le-Vicomte is a beautiful village with a bakery, a small supermarket, flower shop, pharmacy, and a lotto/press/bar are at walking distance. A commercial area is about ten minutes by car, in Saint-Agathon. The Côte du Goëlo and the Côte de Granit Rose are nearby. According to Tripadvisor the manor is a hidden gem.
In short, a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle and stress of everyday life.
In addition to group accommodation, the manor with its backyard is perfect for weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, company parties, cocktail parties, workshops, lectures, meetings, seminars, presentations or product introductions.
The grounds at the front of the manor have a driveway of about 230 meters with grass on both sides of the driveway. This driveway is perfect for many events such as flea markets, car boot sales, spring markets, harvest markets, organic markets, Christmas markets or car rallies.

The manor is equipped with WiFi inside and outside.
Kitchen
The kitchen is an old country kitchen with its wooden cabinets a big solid wooden table with benches. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, a wood-fired oven, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator as well as crockery for 20 people and all necessary kitchen utensils and accessories.
Dining room
The dining room has a working fireplace and is furnished with three tables and 20 chairs.
Living room
The living room has a working fireplace and is furnished with three sofas, a television with Google Chromecast, board games, a DVD player with a wide range of DVDs and CDs.
First floor
Room Unan is a two persons room with a double bed (140 x 190). The bathroom contains a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Room Daou is a three persons room with a double bed (140 x 190) and a single bed (90×190). The bathroom contains a bath with shower in it, a sink and a toilet.
Room Pemp is a two persons room with two single beds (90 x 190). The bathroom contains a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Room C’hwec’h is a three persons room with a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90×190). The bathroom contains a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Second floor
Room Tri is a three persons room with a three single beds (2x 90×200 and 1x 90×190). The bathroom contains a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Room Pevar is a three persons room with a three single beds (90×190). The bathroom contains a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Room Seizh is a four persons room with a double bed (160 x 200) and two single beds (90×190). The bathroom contains a bath and a separate shower, a sink and a toilet.
Outside
The entire grounds of the manor are 2.5 hectares, consisting of a wide driveway of 230 meters with sufficient parking places on site, a courtyard ideal for drinks or a jeu de boules competition and the backyard with a decking, large lawn, a large pond and a great diversity of trees, shrubs and flowers.
In the backyard is a large BBQ, two wooden tables with four wooden benches and four wooden chairs (20 seats). There are also two wooden umbrellas and six wooden beach chairs at your disposal.
