Pommerit-le-Vicomte is a beautiful village with a bakery, a small supermarket, flower shop, pharmacy, and a lotto/press/bar are at walking distance. A commercial area is about ten minutes by car, in Saint-Agathon. The Côte du Goëlo and the Côte de Granit Rose are nearby. According to Tripadvisor the manor is a hidden gem.

In addition to group accommodation, the manor with its backyard is perfect for weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, company parties, cocktail parties, workshops, lectures, meetings, seminars, presentations or product introductions.

The grounds at the front of the manor have a driveway of about 230 meters with grass on both sides of the driveway. This driveway is perfect for many events such as flea markets, car boot sales, spring markets, harvest markets, organic markets, Christmas markets or car rallies.
